Heating Instructions
To heat your Hottle, find the wattage of your microwave and match it with the heating times listed below. You can often find your microwave's wattage on a reference sticker inside the microwave's door, or on the back of the machine. If you know the model number but not the wattage, entering the model number into a search engine should give you the wattage. If you are still unable to find your microwave's power, please contact us at help@myhottles.com or at +1 (888) 581-7760 and we will happily assist you.
Microwave Power | Recommended Heating Time | Maximum Heating Time |
650 Watts | 3 minutes | 3 minutes, 30 seconds |
750 Watts | 2 minutes, 30 seconds | 3 minutes |
850 Watts | 2 minutes | 2 minutes, 30 seconds |
1000 Watts | 1 minute, 30 seconds | 2 minutes |
1100 Watts | 1 minute, 25 seconds | 1 minute, 50 seconds |
1200 Watts | 1 minute, 20 seconds | 1 minute, 40 seconds |
Heating Instructions: Use the table above to find your recommended heating time. Half way through heating, flip your Hottle to warm the other side (this helps prevent hotspots). If your Hottle is already warm, we recommend reheating in 15 second increments to avoid accidentally overheating. Remember, never use a damaged Hottle.
Please take care as overheating can damage your Hottle. Only use microwave power.
